Hairil Ibnuh

Software Engineer · Building for the web since 2010

I’ve built for the web across the full arc of a company’s life — bootstrapped startups scraping toward a first release, growth-stage teams outrunning their own traffic, and a unicorn where the smallest change reached millions. What carried through all of it is ownership: I take responsibility for what I ship, from architecture through the incident at 2am, and I lead teams that do the same.

Works with

TypeScript · React · Next.js · Node.js · PHP · WordPress · Go · PostgreSQL · MySQL · Redis · AWS · GCP · Cloudflare

Freelancing since 2010. A handful of these clients I still work with.

Stockbit

Web Engineer Lead

I lead a team of ten engineers building and maintaining customer-facing and internal web applications. Working alongside Product, QA, Backend, DevOps and business stakeholders, I own the full project lifecycle — technical direction through delivery — with a focus on performance, reliability, and usability. I report directly to the CTO, help shape the technical roadmap for the web ecosystem, and spend as much energy on engineering culture — shared ownership, high standards, honest code review — as on the code itself.

Lifepal

Tech Lead, Content Team

I owned nearly every public surface at Lifepal — homepage, media, insurance product pages, promos and Q&A — leading a team of three. The core work was migrating a heavy WordPress estate to Next.js on a headless CMS architecture without taking the live sites down: custom themes and plugins, and a caching strategy across Cloudflare, Redis, and WordPress that held under sustained high traffic. I reported it directly to the CTO.
